Title: Clearing the Air

Summary: Linked Universe, one-shot. Time and Legend are separated from the others and caught in a blizzard. This finally gives them the chance to discuss the question of timelines between them, and neither of them are happy about it.

Author’s Note: Big fat mess of a fic I’m posting just to have it out of my head. Plays incorrectly with the likely actual canon details of the start of the Fallen timeline, mysterious as they are, but the thought occurred when I was thinking about how it all could have happened, and how Legend would feel about that version.

And it’s winter here so I wrote a platonic blanket scenario as the background setting whoops.

Feels like the characterisation and pacing both got a little slippery at some point too so sorry about that. In retrospect I wish I’d flipped the POV but that realisation was 10k words too late. Really needs a lot more editing but eh hope someone enjoys it.

Author's Note: This is essentially Dissidia rambling I wrote in the throes of exhausted delirium last night, moulded into something vaguely related to 'HOLY CRAP CLOUD'S GONE TO CHAOS SIDE IN DISSIDIA 012'? So really, this is just wordspew as a side effect of my impatient excitement for the new Dissidia to hurry up and arrive in the mail (why oh why did I not choose express postage?! D:) So, um, it's maybe a bit scattered and probably has more than a few errors, and Squall also probably gets the short end of the characterisation stick. Consider that fair warning.

Author's Note: Because Kunsel needs more fic. Originally just a fun exploration of how having Kunsel around in FFVII would be a lot like playing with an FAQ guide, but then morphed into something suspiciously like plot. How come whenever I try writing crack fic it becomes serious, but when I write serious fic it becomes crack?

Not really happy with how it came out in the end, but more interested in moving on to something else instead of revising it fifty times. I’m not so comfortable with this format and style, and it shows. Thanks to
