Yeah, that seems to be how their relationship would work, isn't it? Fate seems to be trying to smush them together in some way or another (and Sephiroth is gleefully helping), but Cloud really doesn't want that to happen (or so he thinks). O.O I think I just jumped from G/C to S/C for this fic now. T_T
And I don't want it to be sad. This fic is already sad enough.
