But! But at the end of the chapter it says 'forgiveness and permission'! Which could mean 'it's easier to ask forgiveness than permission'. Which means he could be planning on tricking him and apologizing later. Which would be BAAAD.
Because Angeal doesn't know WHY Cloud dislikes doctors. It's like the puppet thing.
Oh, and in the middle where it mentions the president wants the Turks to maintain willful ignorance of Cloud's backstory? I think HE thinks that Cloud's another bastard son. Which would be all sorts of ironic.
