I wasn't sure if they used teh fleur de lis, too because I don't know terribly much about St. Louis besides the Lewis and Clark Expedition stuff (although it's a liiiiiiie it started there, it started in Clarksville, IN dammit, even Ken Burns asserts this //brick'd for tangenting), but St. Louis uses it too.
